Financing Your TMS Treatment

At Mindful TMS, our goal is to provide TMS to all who need treatment. In order to ensure our clients receive the care they need, we do the heavy lifting for them by offering complementary verification of insurance benefits. During these "benefits checks" a member of our billing team will reach out to a representative from one's insurance company to request their TMS coverage details. We then share this information with the client and advise them to reach out to their own insurance company to verify so that together we can decrease the risk of surprise insurance fees mid-treatment. 

Then we handle communications with insurance companies and any providers as necessary to seek prior authorization for TMS coverage so that our patients know whether their insurance will help cover the cost of treatments before scheduling their first appointment. Our billing partners and TMS Therapists keep you informed every step of the way. 

Mindful TMS accepts Medicare and most commercial insurance plans (e.g., Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan, Optum/United Healthcare). We are also in network with the Loyola Physicians Partners HMO. 

Unfortunately we do not accept Medicaid or most other HMO plans. For clients with plans we do not accept or who meet the clinical criteria for TMS but whose plans do not cover TMS, we offer flexible self pay payment plans. We also accept Care Credit.
